We take your privacy very seriously. Resetlio does not collect any personal data. All information you input into Resetlio — your trackers, journal entries, streaks, and milestones — remains privately stored on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Resetlio uses Sentry for crash reporting. This helps us identify crashes and stability issues so we can fix them quickly. Crash reports contain technical information about the error (e.g. device model, iOS version, app version) and an anonymous install ID. No personal data, tracker names, journal entries, or identifying information is ever included in crash reports.
Crash reporting is always on and cannot be disabled — this is standard practice for most apps and is the primary way we can maintain a stable, reliable product.
Resetlio uses PostHog to collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics. This helps us understand which features are being used and make better development decisions. The information collected is strictly limited to anonymous counts — for example, how many trackers users create, how often streaks are reset, and app open frequency. We do not collect tracker names, journal content, streak goals, or any personally identifiable information.
You can turn off analytics at any time in Settings → Reporting → Analytics. Even if you opt out, anonymous crash reporting will continue as described above.
We never collect your name, email address, location, tracker names, journal entries, milestone details, or any other personal content you enter into the app. Your data belongs to you and stays on your device.
Resetlio does not share, sell, or rent your data to any third parties. Anonymous crash and analytics data is only shared with Sentry and PostHog respectively, strictly for the purpose of improving the app.
Resetlio offers optional Pro subscriptions managed through Apple's in-app purchase system. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details.
By using Resetlio, you consent to this privacy policy. You can withdraw consent for analytics at any time in Settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
